Queen City Conference Meet # 2 - Fisher Farm (Davidson Day)

I hope everyone got Mrs. Jones' email concerning team t-shirts. If you plan to get a t-shirt, tomorrow's meet would be a great time to get the money to her....

Our fourth meet of the year is our second of 5 regular season Queen City Conference meets.  This meet will be at Fisher Farm, Davidson Day School's home course. The meet will run as follows:

            2:45-Team is out of class; Drivers need to be in the lower parking lot
            2:55-Leave Trinity
            3:30-Coaches Meeting (if possible)

            3:35-Course Walk (optional)

            3:55-Coaches Meeting (2nd attempt)

            4:00-First Call for Boys

            4:10-Second Call for Boys

            4:15-Begin Boys' Race

            4:20-First Call for Girls

            4:25-Second Call for Girls

            4:30-Begin Girls' Race

            5:15-Return to Trinity

            5:45-6:00-Arrive at Trinity

 

A few things to note:

•  Please go over the meet information in the links to the right, "TES General Meet Information" and "Meet Directions"
• Our drivers for the meet are: Laughlin, McDonald, Mesibov. We need 1 more driver. If you are available to drive, please email me as soon as possible. We need to leave by 2:55, so please arrive in the lower parking lot by 2:45.
• Runners will need to bring a full water bottle. There will be water provided but it's always a good idea to bring your own.
